Best Teeth Whitening Products

Well, I quit smoking about 7 or 8 months ago, and now that I know I am done for good! (its literally been that long since ive had a cig) I want to whiten my teeth. I don’t really want to do the whole dental laser whitening (mostly bc im not looking to spend hundreds on it, since I just had a baby) but in the mean time, what is the best OTC whitening product!

When you tell me which one is the best, please also answer these questions if you will:
Have you yourself used it? if so, how long did it take before you noticed a difference? how many shades do you think it lightened? how long did total time take (days, weeks, etc)

Any and all help is greatly appreciated and i will be picking a best answer!
